At RAY'D, our mission is to ensure your satisfaction and happiness with our service while each of us takes responsibility in the event of any unforeseen issues.

Once you rent an item, you assume responsibility for its care. You agree to treat each rental piece with respect and diligence. You will be accountable for any loss, damage, or irreparable harm to the product beyond normal wear and tear.

Should you wish to exchange the item you have rented after placing your order, please be advised that you will be responsible for any price difference if the new item is more expensive, in addition to shipping fees for both the outgoing and return shipments. Conversely, if the new item is less expensive, we will not refund the difference to offset additional service fees. Please note that shipping costs will be applied in addition to the rental charges.

For hygienic safety, we recommend the use of underarm liners for enhanced hygiene and comfort. Kindly ensure that you remove the liners after you have completed wearing the item.

For the Basic Rental Plan, please ensure timely returns to avoid late fees. Late returns incur a charge of $20 per item, per day, and this policy is strictly enforced—no exceptions. Timely returns are crucial for us to prepare items for the next renter. After five days of being late, you will be charged the full retail value of the item, in addition to any applicable late fees.

Items shipped back to us will only incur late fees if postmarked later than the agreed-upon date. You will not be charged late fees due to carrier delays.

Please do not take items to the dry cleaner. If an item is damaged due to washing, you will be liable and charged the full retail value of the item.

We sanitize all our clothing twice: once upon return and again before re-renting.

No alterations are allowed on any clothing items. You will be responsible for any seamstress fees incurred for repairs due to alterations.

Any items returned stained or damaged beyond repair will be charged at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid.
